Reporting to the Director of Innovation, the Development Analyst and Product Manager will work with the content, information technologies (IT), and services teams to improve and maintain company products. The selected candidate will also be responsible, as PO, for certain products developed within the company.

Responsibilities:
Product Manager:
  • Develop product visions, backlogs, and roadmaps
  • Manage product life cycles according to customer needs
  • Establish iterations according to priorities (sprint planning)
  • Collaborate with the different scrum masters to plan iterations
  • Develop user stories with the different teams
  • Participate in different scrum events
  • Help plan and execute product releases
  • Facilitate communication between the different teams to ensure sound product development

Executive Assistant, Content

Reporting to the Director of content, the Executive Assistant will work closely with the content department to achieve the team’s objectives. The selected candidate will field calls, manage the director’s schedule, and help management process day-to-day requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the director’s schedule
  • Help with the weekly team planning
  • Monitor projects with external resources
  • Coordinate logistic support for certain meetings, prepare and share reference documents, take notes, and perform required follow-ups
  • Order books and manage subscriptions to scientific publications;
  • Produce and optimize content for reports, texts, tables, and presentations for the IT team
  • Monitor and renew contracts with content service providers
  • Coordinate the arrival of new employees with the required team members;

Mandat

Reporting to the Director of Information Technologies, the Front-End Developer will work with the content and information technologies (IT) teams to conceptualize and develop technological solutions for the company. They will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web interfaces and applications. In particular, they will help develop and review the company’s programs and management tools. In addition, they will produce all technical documentation and carry out the necessary tests to ensure quality programming.

General responsibilities:
  • Develop web interfaces and applications.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and review of the company’s applications and management tools.
  • Carry out various development-related tests (unit, system, usage, etc.) and pre-production compliance testing.
  • Document the work done on each project.
  • Collaborate with other members of the IT, innovation, and content teams while demonstrating autonomy.
  • Promote best practices.
Specific responsibilities:
  • Design and prototype the various Vigilance Santé products.
  • Develop, program, and integrate front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Develop, recommend, and suggest user interfaces according to the requesters’ needs using industry best practices.
  • Ensure that products are compatible with all browsers and mobile devices.
  • Maintain existing products and make modifications.
  • Review your work and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Actively participate in Scrum meetings and task refinement.
  • Create prototypes and proofs of concept.
  • Oversee the user experience.
Technical requirements:
  • Solid experience in creating modern UX/UI interfaces (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery)
  • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Git distributed version control system
  • Knowledge of Vue.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Knowledge of at least one PHP framework with MVC architecture (Symfony, Laravel, Flex, CakePHP, Silex)

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Technical Account Manager will work closely with the technology and innovation team to help our clients integrate Vigilance Santé tools. They will manage support for integration at the client's site, from initial needs assessment to launch, and will ensure that our technologies are used appropriately.

Responsibilities
  • Help present the solution to potential clients
  • Document all information related to integration at the client's site in the CRM
  • Provide the client with access credentials and refer them to documentation
  • Ensure the client uses the solution properly
  • Organize the kick-off meeting with the client's team
  • Work closely with the client's developers to anticipate questions and tech issues
  • Understand the context of issues encountered by the client
  • Use documentation to answer the client's questions and refer to relevant experts as needed
  • Work with the best practices committee to ensure that documentation on integration is up to date

Pharmacist, content team

Reporting to the Content Director and in collaboration with both the Pharmacy team and the IT team, the Pharmacist will help develop and maintain the pharmaceutical data contained in our flagship product, the RxVigilance software program. The Pharmacist will help ensure that the software accurately reflects the reality faced by health professionals and meets their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the RxVigilance content is updated regularly.
  • Write and revise the documentation designed for health professionals and patients (e.g., monographs, drug interaction cards, information sheets).
  • Stay abreast of new trends in the healthcare sector.
  • Propose relevant content additions based on changes in pharmacy practice.
  • Participate in decision making regarding controversial issues.
  • Participate in quality control testing during program development and the deployment of the monthly versions of RxVigilance.
  • Offer quality service by providing thorough responses to questions from health professionals regarding RxVigilance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a professional doctorate in pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D.)
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a community-based pharmacy or a health establishment
  • Member in good standing of the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Computer skills, an asset
