Reporting to the Technologies Director, the Web Application Developer will work with both the Content Team and the Technologies Team to design, develop, revise and enhance the company’s technological solutions and management tools. He or she will ensure programming quality by carrying out required tests, and produce technical documentation based on the needs of the department.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and enhance applications, tools and dynamic Web modules.
  • Create models, prototypes and proof-of-concept (POC) exercises.
  • Write code and create reusable libraries.
  • Carry out unit, system and functional testing associated with software development.
  • Document user requirements and write functional specifications.
  • Adopt best practices regarding software user-friendliness.
  • Work with members of both the Technologies Team and the Pharmacy Team.
Requirements:

Technical Integration Analyst (level 3 support)

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Technical Integration Analyst will provide technical assistance to our external customers, business partners and developers (technical aid, information requests, problem analysis and investigation) related to our various software products and tools designed for health care professionals. The Technical Integration Analyst will work closely with the Development Team to analyze and implement solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Advanced technical support and integration support (Web and Windows)
    • Provide advanced technical support (via the ticketing system, telephone or e-mail).
    • Investigate, identify and reproduce bugs, and inform the team involved.
    • Take charge of incidents and issues until they have been resolved.
    • Help the person requesting assistance to resolve their issue.
    • Know product parameters and specifications.
    • Help update our technical documentation.
    • Regularly update the distributor information file.
    • Analyze and understand the information flow regarding our customers.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Business Development Assistant will work closely with the Communications, Marketing and Business Development Teams to provide support for daily activities. In addition to taking calls from our existing and potential customers, the Business Development Assistant will help the team plan meeting schedules and follow up on contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Create and update customer files in partnership with the Customer Service Coordinator.
  • Write service proposals.
  • Help the team with project advancement and follow-up.
  • Follow up on agreements with suppliers and partners as well as on contract renewals.
  • Help manage the schedules of the Co-presidents and the Director of Client Services.
  • Determine the priority of the e-mail messages received.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings.
  • Produce various documents (letters, presentation documents, monitoring tables, etc.).

Reporting to the Director of Content, and in collaboration with the Pharmacy Team and the IT Team, the Data Management Pharmacist helps develop and maintain the pharmaceutical databases associated with our software programs. The Data Management Pharmacist helps ensure that the software programs represent the reality of the practice while meeting the needs of health professionals.

Responsibilities

Data management

  • Validate the content of the various databases:

Content

  • Write and revise documentation designed for health professionals and their patients (e.g., monographs, drug interaction cards, information sheets).
  • Update RxVigilance content.
  • Develop a complete subject-based plan to simplify the analysis and integration of RxVigilance content.
  • Present research results to team members and ask for their professional opinion.
  • Respect internal standards to ensure consistency in the work method and minimize potential errors.
  • Stay abreast of new trends in the health sector.
  • Propose relevant content additions based on changes in the practice of pharmacy.
  • Participate in decision making regarding controversial issues.
  • Participate in tests conducted at the development stage of certain programs, as well as in tests conducted upon deployment of the monthly versions of RxVigilance (in collaboration with the Technologies Team).
  • Propose ideas for improving procedures and work methods in a bid to enhance the team’s operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a professional doctorate in pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D.)
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a community pharmacy or in a health establishment
  • Member in good standing of the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec
  • Interest in database analysis and creation
  • Proficiency in French, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Good mastery of MS Office Suite applications, primarily Excel, an asset

Reporting to the IT Director, and in collaboration with the Content Team, the IT Team and the Services Team, the Quality Assurance Analyst helps perform usability, installation, integration, regression, benchmark and robustness testing on various products in the production and/or in the development stage throughout all of our platforms (Windows, web, mobile, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute various types of manual or automated tests based on the prepared scenarios.
  • Proactively provide solutions while collecting and analyzing the results of the performed tests.
  • Run regression tests to ensure that the new functionalities are correctly implemented.
  • Keep the testing environments up to date.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science Technology, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux (an asset) environments.
  • Knowledge of software installation/uninstallation processes.
