A partnership with Fillware Technologies

Repentigny, January 18, 2023 – As a result of a recent agreement, Fillware Technologies will replace its American drug database with Vigilance Santé's fully Canadian database. The company will also integrate Vigilance Santé's software and applications into its pharmacy management software, Fillware Rx. The approximately 1,600 pharmacies in Ontario that use Fillware Rx will then benefit from powerful clinical decision support tools and content that is better suited to their reality.

The actions resulting from the agreement will be carried out in two phases. Fillware Technologies will first replace its drug database. As a result, customers will benefit from a number of improvements, at no cost and without a new contract. The improvements will result in, among other things, more relevant alerts, access to concise and easy-to-understand patient information sheets, as well as the availability of an auxiliary label module.

In 2023, Fillware Rx users will be able to easily subscribe to the integrated tools of their choice on Vigilance Santé’s Website. This convenient solution will make it possible to replace applications that require users to exit the pharmacy software to access them.
