RxConsultAction: approved by medSask for use across Saskatchewan

Repentigny, December 1st , 2025 – Vigilance Santé is pleased to announce that RxConsultAction fulfills the medSask requirements in accordance with the policies set forth by the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP) to function as the Pharmacist Assessment Record (PAR). This approval has been in effect since August 26, 2025.

Already implemented in more than 2,800 pharmacies across Canada, RxConsultAction guides pharmacists step by step in performing and documenting their clinical acts, directly within their pharmacy software.

This expansion into Saskatchewan reinforces Vigilance Santé’s commitment to delivering clinical decision-support tools that enable safe, guideline-aligned care for all Canadians. Our Clinical Services team will continue to closely monitor updates and evolving requirements in Saskatchewan to ensure that RxConsultAction remains aligned with medSask guidance and provincial standards.
