RxConsultAction: Available Across Canada

Repentigny, December 9, 2025 – Vigilance Santé is pleased to announce that RxConsultAction is now available to pharmacists in every Canadian province. This coast-to-coast availability strengthens Vigilance Santé’s commitment to provide decision-support tools that enable safe, guideline-aligned care for Canadians.

Already in use in more than 2,800 pharmacies, RxConsultAction guides pharmacists step by step as they deliver clinical services and document their interventions directly within their pharmacy software.

The Clinical Services team will continue to closely monitor the evolving scope of pharmacy practice across Canada, whether with regard to new minor ailments, expanded vaccination programs, or the rise of point-of-care testing, so that RxConsultAction remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with the regulatory and clinical standards specific to each province.
