- Here, you're not just a number: every person truly matters.
- We highlight everyone's contributions to the company's success during our company-wide meetings.
- We celebrate achievements and important life milestones.
- Autonomy isn't just a promise — it's part of how we work.

You will lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team covering IT support, systems administration, infrastructure architecture, and information security. Your success will be measured by one simple outcome: employees see IT as an enabler, not a bottleneck. In a regulated healthcare environment, your work will help protect sensitive data and enable healthcare professionals to deliver better care.

- Establish internal service level objectives (SLOs) and oversee the triage, prioritization, and resolution of IT support requests, including escalations and complex issues.
- Deliver a high-quality IT experience for employees, including onboarding and offboarding, hardware and software provisioning, access management, and mobility support.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of internal IT infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Atlassian suite, Business Central, HubSpot, remote access, networks, and workstations), while driving its modernization.
- Collaborate closely with the team responsible for the development and hosting infrastructure of our products (Azure Cloud, GCP, VMware).
- Oversee IT asset management, software licenses, and vendor contracts, and contribute to budget planning and monitoring alongside the Vice President of Technology.
- Execute day-to-day governance, risk, and compliance controls (SOC 2, Quebec's Law 25, and customer requirements) established by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and support responses to external requests and audits.
- Implement and enforce access management, change management, and patch management policies, and escalate security incidents according to established procedures.
- Support employees in adopting IT changes and strengthening cybersecurity awareness through communication, training, and documentation.
- Leverage operational data to plan projects, prioritize initiatives, measure the impact of decisions, and drive continuous improvement of IT processes.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT teams, ideally in a SaaS or software product environment.
