Your role
As an account manager, you will report to the vice president of business development and play a key role in managing, retaining, and growing your client portfolio. You will serve as the strategic point of contact between Vigilance Santé and its clients, ensuring a consistent, value-added experience.
Specifically, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, strategic, and trusted relationships with direct clients and key accounts
- Manage contract renewals and contribute to continuous improvement of the renewal process
- Proactively identify potential client issues and collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to resolve them
- Participate in contract negotiations and post-sales follow-up
- Identify and prospect new potential clients to generate business opportunities for the company.
- Drive business growth by promoting new products and updates to existing clients, while identifying organic growth opportunities and potential new clients
- Attend conferences, conventions, and in-person client meetings
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual projections
- Prepare account status reports
- Clearly communicate monthly and quarterly initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client follow-up and support business development efforts
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and use CRM tools to track interactions and progress
Profile we’re looking for
Required qualifications- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an account manager, account executive, or in a related role
- Good knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office
- Strong proficiency in French (spoken and written)
- Good working knowledge of English (spoken and written) to communicate with English-speaking clients and partners
- Experience in the technology sector
- Experience in the healthcare sector
