Your role

Reporting to the Vice-President, Products and Innovation, you will play an expert advisor role within the company. You will be a pivotal resource between the product directors' strategy and that of the sales and marketing team, ensuring that the clinical and tangible value of our products translates into real adoption by our customers.

More specifically, you will:

• Support the Sales & Marketing team in understanding and bringing products to market, acting as a bridge between products and the sales and marketing team.
• Provide the messages, tools and other elements required for a consistent and effective go-to-market, in order to strengthen the teams' ability to present product value and respond to customer objections.
• Plan and execute the initial activation of customers, in collaboration with the Sales and Product teams and our clients, to move from deployment to concrete, measurable adoption.
• Develop usage support tools and tailored training (user guides, scenarios, videos, FAQs, learning paths) to foster customer autonomy.
• Reduce friction to adoption, limit support requests and strengthen user autonomy.
• Support ongoing adoption and regular use of products after their delivery, to ensure that customers actually use the solutions on a daily basis.
• Collect, structure and pass on customer feedback to the relevant teams (product, marketing, sales, support) in order to improve products and services.
• Assist Product Directors in understanding the competitive landscape of the products, by carrying out structured, detailed and ongoing monitoring of competing solutions.

Profile sought

• Bachelor's (or doctoral) degree in pharmacy
• Two to five years of experience as a pharmacist
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
• Good ability to communicate in English (spoken and written) in order to interact with English-speaking clients and partners
• Strong computer skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during events

• Experience in project management
• Experience in marketing or customer experience
