We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to complete our team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a variety of projects, ranging from digital campaigns to event initiatives, while contributing to content creation and the optimization of our marketing activities. This versatile role will allow you to play a key role in promoting Vigilance Santé’s visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and management of organic social media: plan, create (visuals and copy), schedule, and handle community management.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook): set-up, production of assets, performance monitoring, and adjustments.
- Develop and execute digital email campaigns (HubSpot): lead generation, remarketing, automations, and MQL tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaigns: translate data (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social platforms) into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Oversee logistics and coordination for team events such as trade shows, conferences, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the copywriter to enhance content: visual formatting, digital integration, and distribution.
- Contribute to competitive intelligence and market research to support marketing decision-making.
- Actively participate in brainstorms and marketing planning, bringing creative ideas and insights from data and research.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Support various marketing initiatives and perform any related tasks to assist the team.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in marketing (min. 2–3 years), with the ability to manage projects or campaigns independently.
- Versatility: interest in both digital marketing (social media, campaigns, emails) and event organization.
- Experience with digital tools (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Analytics, Canva) and eagerness to keep learning.
- Creativity: motivated to bring forward fresh ideas to enhance brand visibility.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset: eager to work within a close-knit team, contribute to brainstorms, and support marketing initiatives.
- Bilingual, spoken and written (French and English).
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an asset.
