Located in Repentigny, a suburb of Montreal, Vigilance Santé has been developing databases and drug analysis software for nearly 30 years to provide front-line healthcare professionals with tools. As part of our team of approximately 60 employees, you will participate in stimulating challenges in a dynamic work environment. Your flexible schedule will allow you to balance your professional activities with your personal life.

Reporting to the Vice President of product, the incumbent will assume a role as a consultant within the product area. She will serve as a key resource bridging the strategies of the product directions and those of the sales and marketing team.

*Please note that this position constitutes a temporary replacement for a maternity leave.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a consultant within the product area on topics within her responsibility (user documentation and training, product marketing, etc.).
  • Participate in strategic alignment of products and prioritization of customer requests with the product management team.
  • Manage the professional email inbox and coordinate with relevant experts.
  • Streamline processes related to information requests requiring input from a pharmacist or ATP.
  • Coordinate the activities of the consultation service.
  • Participate as a consultant, as assigned by the VP of Product.
  • Collaborate with the business development team during client meetings.
  • Participate in events where expertise in product marketing or professional services is required.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team as a product marketing expert.
  • Coordinate, track, ensure quality, and complete tasks related to product marketing.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation that meets the needs of users and partners.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality training offering that meets user needs.
  • Implement the necessary strategies to gather user feedback required for the product area.
  • Coordinate committee activities (recruitment, event management, agenda, facilitation, follow-ups, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's (or doctoral) degree in pharmacy.
  • Two to five years of experience as a pharmacist.
  • Member of the Quebec Order of Pharmacists.
  • Essential bilingualism (spoken and written).
  • Good computer skills.
  • Experience in marketing.
  • Project management experience is an asset.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends during events.
